Auburn Career Center LPN Program: Your Pathway to Practical Nursing

Embark on a rewarding healthcare career with the Auburn Career Center Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program. Designed with a hands-on learning approach, this program thoroughly prepares you for the state board credentialing exam, setting the foundation for a successful career as an LPN. You will gain comprehensive skills in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across all wellness and illness spectrums.

A significant advantage of the Auburn Career Center Lpn Program is its Health Career Pathway Partnership with Lakeland Community College. Upon successful completion of the LPN program, students have a seamless transition to continue their education in most Associate Degree nursing programs, paving the way for advanced career opportunities in nursing.

To enroll in the Auburn Career Center LPN program, certain prerequisites must be fulfilled prior to registration. These include achieving a passing score on the HESI A-2 exam, providing a copy of your Driver’s License, submitting official transcripts, and undergoing both FBI and BCI background checks. A drug screen is also required. Prospective students are encouraged to discuss financial aid options if needed. Finally, completing an application and paying the application fee, signing an Enrollment Agreement, and submitting a FERPA Form are necessary steps to finalize your registration.

To best prepare for the mandatory HESI entrance exam, it is highly recommended to invest in study resources. Consider purchasing the HESI A2 Exam book (ISBN # 978-0-323-58226-1) or utilizing NURSE HUB for comprehensive preparation. NURSE HUB offers a unique benefit: they may refund your exam fee and cover the retake cost, provided you actively engage with their provided study materials.
