The Boeing Finance Career Foundation Program (FCFP) is a prestigious 2-year rotational program meticulously crafted to accelerate the careers of promising early-career finance professionals. Each July, a new cohort of participants joins the FCFP at various Boeing sites across the U.S., including Washington, Missouri, and Arizona. The program’s unique structure involves an initial 12-month assignment at one of these primary locations, followed by two subsequent rotations of six months each at different Boeing U.S. production sites. Boeing sponsors relocation for these moves, providing participants with diverse experiences at sites in states such as Washington, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas.

Rotational Experience:

Participants in the Boeing It Career Foundation Program benefit from a comprehensive learning journey through four strategically designed six-month rotations. Furthermore, the program offers invaluable experience in proposal development and contract negotiations, all of which are foundational for a successful finance career at Boeing.

Beyond rotational assignments, the Boeing IT Career Foundation Program is committed to the holistic development of its participants. The program includes five dedicated in-person development weeks hosted at various Boeing locations.
