Our programs maintain a 25:1 student/child-care provider ratio, ensuring individual attention and a safe, supervised setting. We welcome pre-kindergarten students who are at least 4 years old by September 1st of the current school year and fully potty-trained. We focus on fostering independence and providing a nurturing, family-friendly atmosphere for all children in our care.

Spring Break Camp: Adventure Awaits!
Looking for exciting activities during spring break? KidZone & Beyond’s Spring Break Camp is the perfect solution! This full-day program, running daily from 7 AM to 6 PM between March 17-21, 2025, is open to Seminole County Public School students in grades K-5.
This Year’s Theme: It’s A Bug’s Life! Get ready to delve into the fascinating world of insects and nature! Our camp is packed with hands-on projects, “creepy-crawly” adventures, and tons of springtime fun designed to spark curiosity and create lasting memories.

Spring Enrichment Programs: Explore New Interests
Extend learning beyond the school day with our Spring Enrichment program! This 10-week after-school program provides extracurricular activities for SCPS students in grades K-5. We partner with numerous elementary schools to offer 1-hour weekly courses in a wide range of subjects, including dance, STEM, basketball, soccer, and much more. Students can attend classes at any participating school, regardless of their home school assignment.
Registration for Spring Enrichment is typically open from January 7th to January 24th.

Important Updates for Parents
Hurricane Milton Impact and Make-Up Days
Regarding the impact of Hurricane Milton, we want to inform parents that KidZone & Beyond will not be issuing fee adjustments for days affected by the recent hurricane. Instead, to support our families, KidZone Before and/or Aftercare services will be available during the make-up days scheduled by Seminole County Public Schools, at no additional charge.
During the preparation for Hurricane Milton in October, KidZone & Beyond services were adjusted as follows across all SCPS schools:
- Tuesday, October 8th: Aftercare cancelled (Before Care remained open) and Fall Enrichment cancelled.
- Wednesday, October 9th to Friday, October 11th: Both Before and Aftercare, and Fall Enrichment were cancelled.

Currently, KidZone & Beyond is primarily accepting registration applications for our waitlist due to high demand. Most schools are at capacity and unable to accept new students immediately. However, as space becomes available throughout the school year, families on the waitlist will be contacted to offer placement.
Please note: The following school locations are currently unable to accept any new registrations for the waitlist at this time: Carillon Elementary, Crystal Lake Elementary, Lake Mary Elementary, Keeth Elementary, Rainbow Elementary, Wekiva Elementary, and Wilson Elementary.
Tax Information for Childcare Services
For tax purposes, you can access your payment information for KidZone & Beyond services from January 2022 to the present. Please follow these steps to obtain your tax information from a computer (this feature is not available on the mobile app):
- Visit msbactivities.com.
- Click on the “Forms” tile.
- Locate and download your payment history report.
- If you used multiple usernames and passwords, you will need to log in with each to obtain a complete record.
Alternatively, you can access payment information through MySchoolBucks:
- Go to myschoolbucks.com.
- Click “School Store” in the top right corner.
- Select “Scheduled Payments.”
- Click “Recent Payments.”
- Press the “Download” button.
- Choose “Previous Calendar Year.”
- Click “Export.”
- If the downloaded file shows a zero total, click “Enable Editing” to view the correct totals.
