It is important to note that TrueCar’s Buyer’s Bonus benefits will still be honored for purchases completed through the American Express Auto Purchasing Program, provided they are reported by June 19, 2025. For purchases made via the American Express Auto Purchasing Program on or before April 28, 2025, it is necessary to report these purchases by calling 1-877-924-2922 within 45 days of the transaction to ensure eligibility for benefits.

While American Express facilitated this program, TrueCar and participating dealers were responsible for the actual vehicle sales and fulfillment of benefits. American Express did not guarantee vehicle purchases, and pricing was determined by the certified dealers. The opportunity to use your American Express Card for a portion of the purchase was also managed by the participating dealers, subject to credit limitations.
