The Capitol Theatre is excited to continue its #TheCapCares Volunteer Rewards Program, an initiative designed to connect music enthusiasts with their local community. Through the Cap Cares Program, we encourage our fans to unite and make a tangible difference in the lives of those around us.
What is the Cap Cares Program?
The Cap Cares Program is a curated selection of volunteer opportunities throughout 2024, partnering with impactful nonprofit organizations across our region. As a token of our appreciation for your time and dedication, volunteers will earn free tickets to select concerts and comedy shows at The Capitol Theatre. Furthermore, volunteers often get the exciting chance to win exclusive signed memorabilia from artists gracing our stage!
At The Capitol Theatre, we believe in the power of community. Building upon the joy of live events, the Cap Cares program offers a unique avenue to strengthen our music community by uniting for a common good and supporting our neighbors in need. This volunteer initiative is a key component of our year-round commitment to community enrichment, encompassing food, toy, and clothing drives, as well as fundraising campaigns aimed at enhancing lives within our community.
Who Can Participate in Cap Cares?
Participation in the Cap Cares Program is open to anyone aged 18 and above who is passionate about volunteering and eager to contribute to their community. Volunteers under the age of 18 are warmly welcomed but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We are excited to welcome both familiar and new faces to our growing community of volunteers.
Earning Your Rewards: How Ticket Redemption Works
Volunteers participating in the Cap Cares program will be rewarded with two complimentary tickets (either Standing Room Only or General Admission) to select performances on The Capitol Theatre’s event calendar. These tickets can be redeemed after contributing to just one volunteer event. Please note that ticket rewards are exclusively applicable to the volunteer opportunities specifically listed for this program. Redeeming Your Complimentary Tickets
Once you have completed your volunteer service and are ready to claim your tickets, the process is simple. Just reach out to us at [email protected] to request two tickets for your chosen show. After we confirm your completed volunteer hours with the event organizers, your tickets will be issued promptly. Kindly remember that tickets are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and are not for resale. Ticket redemption is available for up to one week following the volunteer event.

The Cap Cares program is dedicated to ensuring safe and responsible volunteer events. We kindly ask all participants to volunteer responsibly and adhere to all health and safety guidelines set forth by the collaborating organization. We encourage you to bring your mask and be prepared to maintain social distancing as needed.
