Understanding Your Discount Health Care Programs Terms and Conditions

Signing up for a Discount Health Care Program means you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your membership.

You acknowledge that you have enrolled and agreed to participate in a Medical Discount Program offered by participating urgent care clinics within the NextCare and its family of brands network. This program provides access to discounted healthcare services at these locations.

Advantage Monthly Membership Program

If you have enrolled in the Advantage Monthly Program, you are subscribing to a monthly Membership Discount Program. The initial payment covers the first 90 days of your membership, and these initial fees are non-refundable. After the first 90 days, you understand and agree that monthly membership fees will be automatically deducted every 30 days using the payment information you provided. This monthly billing cycle will commence 90 days following your initial enrollment date.

You authorize NextCare to update your payment information if your provided card expires. This includes obtaining a new expiration date from the card issuer and continuing to bill your card as per this agreement, whether or not a new expiration date is successfully obtained. If the initial attempt to process your monthly membership fee is unsuccessful, NextCare may make further attempts to collect payment from any payment methods you have provided, in accordance with applicable law. Please note that NextCare is not responsible for any fees your financial institution may charge due to unsuccessful payment requests.

To cancel your Advantage MONTHLY Membership, you must submit a cancellation request at least 10 days before your next billing cycle begins. This timeframe allows sufficient time to process your cancellation. You can submit cancellation requests through the following methods:

Advantage ANNUAL and ValueCare ANNUAL Membership Programs

For those enrolled in the Advantage ANNUAL and ValueCare ANNUAL programs, your membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The membership will expire after one year unless you choose to renew it. Please be aware that annual enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Terms for All Medical Discount Program Members

It is important to understand that our Medical Discount Programs are not insurance. They are discount plans that can only be used at participating NextCare locations. Services received under a Medical Discount Membership cannot be billed to your health insurance, and these discount plans cannot be combined with any U.S. government medical plans such as Medicare or Medicaid.

Online enrollment and membership fees are subject to change without prior notice. You will be required to provide proof of membership at the time of service at the clinic.

Services Not Covered Under Medical Discount Programs

Please be aware that certain services are not covered by your Medical Discount Program membership. These exclusions include:

  • Preventative Services: This includes, but is not limited to, annual physicals, vaccinations, and routine monitoring for chronic conditions.
  • Work-Related Injuries and Services: Any injuries or services related to workplace incidents are not covered.
  • Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries and Services: Services for injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents are excluded.
  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME): Equipment such as crutches and splints are provided and billed through external vendors and are not covered. However, DME may be covered by your separate medical insurance plan, if you have one.
  • Services Performed by Outside Facilities: Services performed by external facilities, such as Imaging Services (MRI, CT scans, Ultrasounds, etc.) and specialized laboratory services not conducted within our urgent care clinics, will be billed separately by those institutions, either to you directly or your insurance provider.
  • Prescription Medications: The cost of prescription medications is not included in the discount program.

By enrolling in a Medical Discount Program, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and understood these Terms and Conditions concerning membership benefits and enrollment rules. You understand that this Medical Discount Program is applicable only to specific services provided at participating NextCare urgent care clinics and affiliated brands. You are responsible for all fees incurred at the time of service for any services not included within your chosen membership program. Furthermore, you agree not to seek reimbursement from any health insurance provider for services received under this Discount Health Care Program, and we will not bill any health insurer for services provided to you as a Medical Discount Program member.
