Important Note on Proof Documents: You are only required to submit proof of citizenship, immigration status, and identity once during your initial application. You will not need to resubmit these documents when you reapply for the program in the future.

Healthy Texas Women Plus Benefits

If you have been pregnant within the past year, you may be eligible for Healthy Texas Women Plus benefits. There is no separate application for Healthy Texas Women Plus. When you apply for the standard Healthy Texas Women coverage and indicate that you have been pregnant within the last 12 months, your eligibility for Healthy Texas Women Plus will automatically be considered.
